DISNEY WORLD!!! :)

DISNEY WAS A BLAST!!!

some of FRHS Varsity
Amy stunted in front of every icon she could :)
While we were waiting for AAA and the tank to get there Ashley and I had dinner at Planet Hollywood. She loved it... I thought it was loud :) She decided that Amy must eat there at least one time since there was zebra stuff everywhere!

Finally the rest of the family gets there... we get everyone settled while Amy gathers what she will need for the next few days. The guys hang out at the resort while the girls and I go off to find a store. (for some reason Aaron leaves the house on a trip to Florida with no shoes.... wth?) We find one (yay for gps) and get what we need. Then we drive over to where the squad is staying to drop Amy off. By the time we get back to the resort it is well after midnight... oh did I mention this is when the boys decide to tell me that their dad had not fed them dinner? ugh... so we search for a place to eat... could not find one.... lets just say the boys woke up VERY ready for breakfast!!

The first full day was Saturday... the tank took the boys to Hollywood Sudios while Ashley and I went to the MilkHouse to watch the competition. After the Panthers competed, Amy stayed with her squad while Ash and I met up with the boys at H.S... The boys decided that their favorite ride at HS was Tower of Terror and Rockin Rollercoaster. There was also an amazing stunt show... EVERYONE should go see it!!!

On Sunday we went to Magic Kingdom.... We walked around a bit, ate, then AAA and the tank all ran off to get on some big rides while I went to find Miss Amy since the squad was there that day. I found her getting off of Space Mountain which she had already ridden about 5 times that day. I took her and Maddie to get some lunch (at a great place called Cosmic Rays that served more food than the girls could both eat on one plate!) then we met up with the Grays and the rest of our family. The squad had to meet at 3:00 so we did not have much time at all with the girls before they left again. We stayed at MK till it closed.... ate at Liberty Tree Tavern... YUCK... but the kids and tank liked it.... was family style... lots of meat... The wish and fireworks show was amazing :) Tinkerbelle 'flys' down from the castle on a zip line. The favorite ride here was Space Mountain and Haunted Mansion.

On Monday again did not see much of Amy... we went to Animal Kingdom. They had a really cool show on bugs, and safari ride. However the ride of choice for my little daredevils was Mt Everest. The kids rode it several times. The boys got to meet Rafiki Chip&dale and Pochontas. The boys Frank and I ate at Wolfgang Pucks that evening and afterwards we went to pick up Amy (and her stuff) from the resort the squad was staying in. (WP was DELICIOUS!!!)

On Tuesday Ashley went home for work :( . The Amy boys and I went and Met Amy's squad at Animal Kingdom (where they rode Mt Everest another 9 times) and spent the last couple hours with them. They left to head to the airport... we left to meet the tank at Epcot. The kids discovered Mission Space.... and LOVED IT!!! We at 'in' Canada at some steakhouse that came highly recomended... Frank had a fit because they did not have any garlic. eh... idk... My meal was AMAZING.... it was salmon :)

The next day was Wednesday and much to the kids agrivation we went to Epcot again. Amy calmed herself down when she realized that we were going to eat lunch in Norway with the Princesses!!! The kids got to meet Belle, Jasmine, Ariel, Cinderella, and Aurora. The boys were not impressed :) lol Everyone rode Mission Space, Test Track, and Soaring as many times as they could. We also went on the land ride and visited Nemo in the sea. We left Epcot to head over to the Contemporary for Chef Mickeys Dinner!!! That was a lot of fun. Amy and the boys took lots of pictures with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy Donald and Pluto.

The tank decided to leave on Thursday. I was sad to see Aaron and Austin leave :( We all went to breakfast then helped them load up. After they left Amy and I went to Hollywood Studios again. She finally talked me into riding the rockin rollercoaster with her. It was fun. :) She tried to talk me into riding tower of terror with her... she rode that one solo :) We then went to Downtown Disney and walked around for a little bit and ate at Wolfgang Pucks. Again it was yummy!!!! We then went into a bookstore to get a book Amy was supposed to be reading for English.... then headed back to the resort so she could get started on homework.

On Friday Amy slept ALL day... I met Kristi (and Jim) at Magic Kingdom. They were in Florida for the Daytona 500... and decided to come visit us in Orlando. We had a BLAST. No kids.... :) We rode splash mountain... that was quite interesting... there is a bear you see on that ride... several times.... and he is found in some strange situations :) By the time Amy finally got to MK it was time for us to go to the Cinderella/Prince Charming dinner and Kristi and Jim had to leave. Amy literally got to say HELLO... big hug... BYE to them. The dinner was fun because of the charecters (not nearly as fun as the Princess one in Norway) but the food was awful (Norway was decent). So we got all of our pictures, then headed back to MK for the parade and fireworks. Amy went into full shopping mode at this point. After we had done all the damage I was going to allow at MK we headed to downtown Disney . Amy wanted to eat at Planet Hollywood. (this was my third trip to this place because I had met a friend there the night before... ugh!) Amy LOVED it. Of course she would. :) after we ate she bought some PH clothing for herself, her sister, PG and JB. (well I bought it but she picked it out)
me and Kristi at MK
The next morning we had to wake up and RUN to the magical express and barley made our flight home. The first part of the flight was not too bad. The second leg of it was AWFUL! (from Houston to Dallas) It was so freaking bumpy and we were flipping around like rag dolls. I was freaking out.. not calm at all... it was horrible! BUT! I did get to see this..... yes that is her hair not a wig and yes she is an older woman..... WOW... idk what else to say :)

by the time we got home I could not do much more than sleep. Amy went to cheer practice... of course! :)

Anyway its Tuesday I have been home for 3 days now and I have to tell you... I am ready to go back!!! :) (not fly though) Shannon is going soon.... I may try to go with her. :)

I know it seems as if most of these pictures are of amy... I will put more up when I get my camera up here of the other children as well... these are ones that were on Amy's camera and that were sent to me from others.
:) XO

WOW! First, I didn't realize you be gone all week. Second, I didn't realize the entire Traylor family was going. That had to be exciting for all. Was there a Keller break, or did you just pull the kids out of school? Looks like ya'll had a great time. I am going to love being 6 hours away from my favorite place. We did MK for New Year's and will hit Epcot for Spring Break - and the All Star Nationals, maybe... <3
